40 Split graham crackers
2 sticks butter
1/2 C. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1C. coarsely chopped pecans
Line a 9"x12" pan with foil and spray with PAM.
Place graham crackers side
Boil butter and sugar together for two minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla and pecans; spread over crackers.
Bake for 10 minutes @
Remove from oven and let et a few minutes (Spoon any toffee mixture
that has run off crackers and put it back on to where it may need it.)
Remove to cooling racks.
