TOM'S CREPES

 

  • Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  • Servings: 20
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Directions

  • combine all ingredients in a blender
  • blend for 10 seconds
  • spread on crepe pan and cook for approximately 15-20 seconds per side
