Tomato Bacon Cups

Serves | Prep Time | Cook Time 8-10

Ingredients

1 Small Tomato
1/2 Cup Lowfat Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Bacon Bits
1/2 Cup Swiss Cheese, shredded
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
12 Ounces Refrigerated Biscuits


In a small bowl, combine the tomato, mayonnise, bacon, cheese, onion and basil; set aside.


Split each biscuit into three layers; press each layer into an ungreased miniature muffin cup.


Spoon tomato mixture into cups.


Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.


Serve warm.

I think this is from a Taste of Home magazine. But while on vacation to Texas my sister fixed this. It was so good I had her send me the recipe.
