TOMATO BISQUE
Tomato Bisque
I started by making an oxtail soup which resulted in a disaster. Vicky and I were able to save the soup be creating this tomato bisque.
CATEGORIES
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can beef broth
- water
- basil
- olive oil
- few carrots salt/pepper
- sour ceam
- italian seasoning
- parmesean cheese
- pinch of cumin
- garlic chopped
- chopped parsley (at end)
- chopped shrimp
DIRECTIONS
Blend everything together except for garlic, parsley and shrimp
Add garlic, parsley and shrimp at end
Add to seafood ravioli (optional)
