BackstoryA simple healthy side that goes well with fish, chicken or pasta. Especially nice in the summer with produce fresh from the garden. Never thought how much of anything, just made up as much as needed. Make as little or as big as you need.
- Tomatoes, chopped
- Cucumber, chopped
- Onion, chopped
- balsamic vinegar
- Italian Dressing
- Put veggies in a bowl.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Drizzle with Italian Dressing.
- Toss to coat. Keep cold in frig until ready to serve.
