Tomato Vinaigrette

Ingredients

2 Medium Ripe Tomatoes (Peeled, Halved, and Seeded)
2 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tsp. Oregano, Dried
1/2 Tsp. Garlic, Minced
Pinch Salt


1: Puree tomato halves in blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined.


2: Place in sealable container. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.

Use on your salad or as a marinade for meat or vegetables.
