1 sprouted whole wheat bagel
1 home grown or heirloom tomato
2 tab. cream cheese
2 tab. shredded cheddar cheese
Slice the bagel. Toast it. Preheat the broiler. Spread cream cheese on the bagel. Then the tomato slices, then the cheddar cheese. Broil for 3 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle sprouts on top.
