Tomato salad with mozzarella
6 tomatoes (medium sized)
extra vierge olive oil
big and small fresh basil leaves
Chop up the the tomatoes (uneven pieces are okay) and let them leak out while you cut the mozzarella into small pieces.
Then chop the big basil leaves into rather fine pieces.
Put the tomatoes and mozzarella in a bowl together, and shake the big basil leaves through them.
Put the small basil leaves on top of the salad, sprinkle the olive oil and vinegar on it and serve it immediately.
