Serves 4 | Prep Time 20 minutes | Cook Time zero

250 grams of cherry tomatoes, halved
8 tablespoons of olive oil
1 shallot, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 tablespoon of fresh cilantro, chopped
1 orange, squeezed
freshly grated pepper

sealable jar

Put all ingredients in the jar with the tomatoes

Close the jar, leave it for two hours, but do finish in 5 days

Pairs Well With

Goes very well with meats, fish or chicken. But also delicious with a simple green salad. Like it a bit more spicy? Add a few drops of tabasco. Don't like cilantro? Replace it with basil and change the orange juice with lemon juice.

The recipe came from a colleague at the office some years ago. I simply love it because it's so easy to pair with a lot of things

This looks delish! :) Would be a great food gift too! :) Saving for gift-giving!
