- 1/4 t oregano
- 1/2 sugar
- 1 t butter
- 1/4 t garlic salt
- 1 small stalk of celery chopped
- Salt n pepper
- 1 small tin of tomato purée
- 1) melt butter and lightly fry onions, carrots and celery.
- 2) add remaining ingredients
- 3) simmer 10 minutes, thicken if necessary.
