Tomatoes & Cucumber with Pomegranate Molasses

• 2 tomatoes chopped
• 1/2 cup chopped red onion
• 1 chopped cucumber
• pinch salt

drizzle with olive oil and pomegranate molasses.

Sorry I don't have better measurements for this. I was in a little European deli and picked up a bottle of pomegranate molasses to try. A sweet little granny told me to go home and cut up tomatoes, cucumbers and onion and drizzle this on it. It really is tasty.
