Ingredients You'll Need
100 g burro
150 g zucchero
150 g farina
2 uova
300 g ricotta
2 mele
1 bustina di lievito
Directions
Lavorare 100 g burro ammorbidito con 150 g zucchero.
Aggiungere le 2 uova intere, i 300 g di ricotta, i 150 g di farina setacciata, il lievito.
Tagliare a pezzetti una mela ed aggiungerla al composto.
Versare il tutto in una tortiera imburrata, mettere sopra l'impasto l'altra mela tagliata a fette e un po' di zucchero.
Infornare in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 35 minuti.
