INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 cans (14.5-oz each) chicken broth
- 1 c. dried cheese-filled tortellini
- 1 can (14.5-oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1.5 tsp. dried basil
- 1 pkg (10-oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- Grated Parmesan cheese
