  • Potatoes : 5-6 medium
  • Eggs : 6
  • Tomato : 1
  • Frankfurters : 2

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut potatoes into thin (see through) slices

3. Cut frankfurters into slices

3. Heat the oil in a deep pan, add potato slices and fry/cook them for about 7 minutes - season

4. Add onions, garlic and sausages

5. Cook until the the potatoes are done, don't worry if they become mushy - it's ok

6. Scramble eggs with sauce and seasoning in a separate bowl

7. Remove excess oil from the vegetable pulp and add it into the egg bowl

8. Stir them for some time and pour the mixture on an oiled pan

9. Keep it on low heat, until the whole "pancake" gets firm enough to flip it over (use a plate to do so)

10. Fry it for a moment on the other side and serve.

I hope you like it :D
