Touchdown Treat: Football Cupcake

Crowd Cooking 

• A cooled cupcake (baked from your favorite recipe)
• Green and white frosting (split a bath of butter cream and dye most of it green - you will need very little white)
• Fruit leather
• Pretzel stick
• Chocolate-covered almond

Frost a cooled cupcake (baked from your favorite recipe) with green frosting, then mark the yard lines with white butter cream pipped in a bag or you can cheat and use decorators' gel.

For a pennant, wrap a fruit leather triangle around a pretzel stick and plant it in the field as shown.

Set a chocolate-covered almond or brown almond M&M football topped with white decorators' gel laces on the field, and you're sure to score points with your favorite sports fans

Perfect for the Superbowl - Directions for Frosting one Cupcake (repeat for a dozen) I tried these and they are awesome. I don't have a camera with me or I would have posted a pic. First you'll need to bake a dozen cupcakes - any flavor. Let cool completely or your frosting will melt.
