Why I Love This Recipe

Smoothie bowls are amazing. A combination of a healthy ice cream and a quick breakfast, they're the best of both worlds. Besides, who doesn't want to eat ice cream for breakfast???


Ingredients You'll Need

2-3 frozen ripe bananas
2-3 handfuls berries (blueberry, blackberry, and raspberry)
2/3 cup non-dairy milk as needed

Topping ideas:
Shredded coconut
Walnuts or other nuts
Fresh fruit
Sprinkles


Directions

Break frozen bananas into chunks and blend in high speed blender with soy milk. Add mixed berries and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl and top with desired toppings and enjoy!
