TUNA BURGERS
INGREDIENTS
- 5 cans of tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp mayo
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
- Horseradish mayo
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp horseradish
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients for tuna burgers in a bowl. Shape into 5 patties, and transfer to a greased baking sheet. Broil for 5-7 minutes on each side. A lot of times we just eat them like this, but you can also grill them for 2 minutes on each side after you’ve broiled them
Serve on a whole grain bun. Top with horseradish mayo if you’d like.
