1 can white tuna
1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
2 cups low-fat sour cream (500 ml container)
1 Cup peas and carrots (other other vegetables of your choice)
1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
Approx. 3 Cups cooked whole-wheat elbow pasta
2 Cups shredded marble cheese
1 Cup crushed soda crackers (or crackers of your choice)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C)
2. Grease cake pan or casserole dish with oil
3. Combine soup, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, veggies, and tuna
4. Fold-in cooked noodles
5. Pour into pan and spread evenly
6. Sprinkle cheese and crackes on top
7. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned
