TUNA FISH CAKES

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • salt, pepper, and parsley to taste

Directions

  • Grate the onion into a bowl, then add the other ingredients. Mix these together, adding more breadcrumbs if necessary to form a paste. Form the mixture into small patties, and sauté them in olive oil until golden brown and delicious (approximately 2-3 minutes per side; cooking times vary based on heat and patty size). Serve warm.

Notes

My brother-in-law invented this recipe. It's really easy because you don't need to measure anything, it'll turn out fine no matter what.
