  • Preparation Time: 15

  •  2 hamburger buns
  •  I can of white tuna, drained
  •  2 tbsp mayo
  •  1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  •  4 slices of tomato
  •  4 crispy bacon strips
  •  4 slices of cheese
  •  Parsley

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Combine tuna, mayo and celery. Lay out hamburger buns with the insides facing up. Spoon tuna mix onto buns. Top each with a slice of tomato and then top with bacon and then cheese slices. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake about 15 minutes, or till cheese is melted and bun is crispy.

This is a great comfort food.

To make healthier:

-Use whole wheat buns

-Use low-fat mayo

-Skip the bacon (this is how I eat it, still sooo good)

-Use fat-free cheese slices
