Tuna Patties

Ingredients

2 cans tuna in water, drained
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. oil


Combine tuna with onion, celery salt and parsley. Add egg and reserved salmon liquid. Stir in flour. Shape into patties. Fry in oil over medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.

Yes, it is small cans, but you could use one large can. I'd use 2 eggs and more flour. Play with it and make it your own. My Mom use to add finely chopped bell pepper or jalpenos to hers. My son's favorite is to add about 6-7 drops of hot sauce. Hope you enjoy it!

You don't say the can size, but I suspect it's the small cans.
