- 2 packets tuna fish, in water
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 dill pickle, chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup low fat mayonaise (more or less depending on your tastes)
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
NotesI don't use any real measurements in this, so you may want to adjust according to your tastes. It's very good and low fat.
I put mine on toasted wheat bread, with a pickle on the side.
