Tuna Salmon Farfelle au Gratin

Serves | Prep Time | Cook Time

Ingredients

Boil enough water and then add 450 g of Farfelle (I used the brand Colavita).

When the pasta are cook al dente, remove from the heat and strain. Do not put it back on the heat.

Then add :

1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can of green peas (I used 1 can of peas and carrots) (remove the juice)
1 can of tuna with the juice
1 can of red salmon with the juice
salt and pepper


Mix everything until well combined. Add salt and pepper.


Add mozzarella cheese on top and put in the oven to "broil" until golden (the color you want)


It gave me 4 yields like this and 1 bigger.
