"Tuna Veggie Wraps: a high protein, low fat choice for lunch or a light dinner!"

Serves 4 | Prep Time 15 minutes | Cook Time 0

Why I Love This Recipe

Tuna Veggie Wraps are a very simple version of the classic tuna sandwich. I used Spinach and Herb tortillas and combined fresh tomato and mini sweet peppers with the tuna and a small bit of mayo! This is a low fat, high protein, meatless lunch or light dinner which also contains omega 3 fatty acids and selenium! Try this today!

Ingredients You'll Need

3-5 oz. Cans Chicken of The Sea Chunk Light Tuna in Water, drained
2 Large Tomatoes, chopped
5 Multi Colored Mini Bell Peppers, chopped
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
4-8″ Spinach and Herb Flour Tortillas
4 Garlic Stuffed Green Olives
1/4 Cup Cilantro

Directions

Drain tuna and place in a large bowl.
Chop tomatoes and peppers; add to tuna.
Mix with mayonnaise.
Place 1 cup of tuna salad in the center of each tortilla.  Fold ends up and sides in.
Secure with an olive skewered toothpick.  Garnish with cilantro.
