Why I Love This Recipe

Besides its easy preparation, its one of my all time favorites because it's healthy and spicy. This is definitely a small power packed meal that satisfies your hunger and gives you energy


Ingredients You'll Need

Tuna (of your choice) preferably drained pouches
Spinach (fresh/rinsed/ready to eat) in a bag
Cilantro chopped
chives diced
Lemon or Lime (1/2)
Jalapeno chili pepper (as desired) diced


Directions

Place fresh spinach in a bowl per serving
Pour tuna on top
Include diced chives and jalapenos as desired
squeeze 1/2 lemon or lime
garnish w/cilantro
enjoy!
