BackstoryThis is a great recipe for turkey sandwiches that tastes just like pulled pork barbecue sandwiches. I serve them on a bun with coleslaw and home fries and my family loves it. It is easy and a great low-fat, low-sodium meal, and just plain healthier way to eat BBQ.
- Left over Turkey
- Barbecue sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Take turkey and place in crockpot.
- Add you favorite bottle of barbecue sauce and salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for approximately 3 hours.
