Turkey Breast & Sweet Potatoes

Bone in turkey breast, 5-6 lbs., thawed
2-3 sweet potatoes, peeled
1 cup pearl onions
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup orange marmelade
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons corn starch
2 tablespoons water

Take skin off turkey breast and clean and place turkey breast in 5-6 quart slow cooker; Cut peeled sweet potatoes into 1 inch cubes and arrange with onions around turkey breast in slow cooker.

Mix remaining ingredients, except for corn starch and water, in a small bowl and pour over turkey in slow cooker.

Cook on low for 7-8 hours.

Strain liquid once the turkey and vegetables have been removed from slow cooker and put liquid in microwave safe bowl; Mix cornstarch with water until smooth and add to liquid; microwave for about 30-40 seconds to thicken and use for gravey.
