Turkey Burger Recipe with Spicy Pickle Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup Fat-Free Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Chopped Dill Pickles
2 Tbsp Chopped Pickled Hot Peppers (Hot Cherry Peppers are great with this)
Salt & Pepper
2 lbs Lean Ground Turkey
1 tsp Smoked Sweet Paprika
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Montreal Steak Seasoning
English Muffins, split in half
Pepper Jack Cheese Slices
Lettuce
Tomato
Red Onion, Sliced


*Preheat grill or pan; In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt, dill pickles, peppers, and season with salt & pepper


*In a large bowl, gently kneed the turkey with the paprika, dash of salt, black pepper, cayenne, and liquid smoke


*Form meat into patties and brush with olive oil, followed by light sprinkling of Montreal Seasoning


*Grill the patties turning once or twice until cooked through


*Grill the english muffin on both sides until toasted


*Melt the cheese onto the burgers; spread the pickle sauce on the english muffins and top with burgers, lettuce, onion, and tomato
