Serves 4 | Prep Time 5 | Cook Time 10

1 lb. lean ground turkey breast
1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. dried sage leaves
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vegetable oil

Combine the turkey, bread crumbs, egg white, sage, marjoram, salt and pepper in a large bown until well blended.

Shape into 4 patties.

Heat oil in large non-stick or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

Add patties and cook 10 minutes or until patties are no longer pink in centers, turning once. (I turned down the heat a little as not to burn them.)

Serve patties with you choice a accompaniments and condiments, either alone or on a bun.

This recipe comes from America's Favorite Brand Name Light Cooking. Each patty is 256 calories eaten plain, but of course you'll want to add condiments and maybe a bun. I enjoy these with just a squeeze of BBQ sauce and a side of shredded lettuce and tomato
