RECIPE BACKSTORY

I make these basic meatballs on a regular basis and use them with speghetti and tomato sauce with Italian seasonings. (oregano, basil, and thyme, about 1/2 tsp of each) I also make these with ground beef. Tonight however, inspired by my buddies Spryte and Culinary Alchemist, I made them with tzatziki sauce and used Greek seasoning. They each have recipes for tzatziki sauce, check their profiles ;) The "Greek Seasoning" was inspired by Mcat49, the original recipe is here: http://www.bakespace.com/recipes/detail/Greek-Seasoning/32180/
