  • 2 unbaked pie shells
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. cubed turkey
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. instant chicken flavored bouillon


  • Preheat oven to 425. Bake pastry shells 8 minutes; remove. Reduce oven to 350. In medium bowl toss cheese with flour; add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into pie shells. Bake 35-40 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.


This is a great recipe for leftover Turkey. I freeze the cubed turkey.
