- 2 unbaked pie shells
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. cubed turkey
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. instant chicken flavored bouillon
- Preheat oven to 425. Bake pastry shells 8 minutes; remove. Reduce oven to 350. In medium bowl toss cheese with flour; add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into pie shells. Bake 35-40 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
NotesThis is a great recipe for leftover Turkey. I freeze the cubed turkey.
