Turkey Tetrazzini by Grandma Pat
1 8 oz pkg spaghetti
1 8 oz can mushrooms
1 1/2 cans Campbells Cream of Mushroom soup
3 cups cooked Turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
About 2 cups of turkey stock
Cook spaghetti according to directions on box.
Drain and add half of the turkey stock.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Saute onion, pepper, mushrooms and celery in butter until tender and golden brown.
Add cream of mushroom soup to vegetables
Add spaghetti to soup and vegetable mixture.
Add half of the cheese
Add more turkey stock if needed.
Add mixture to greased large casserole pan.
Top with remaining cheese
Bake covered at 350 for about 30 minutes. Uncover for last 10 minutes
