Turkey and Tomato Soup
3 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 cans diced tomatoes with onions and garlic
2 tsp fajita seasoning
2 cups chopped smoked turkey breast.
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Combine chicken broth, tomatoes, fajita seasoning, and pepper.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes; add 2 turkey. Heat through.
Add fresh cilantro.
