- Preparation Time:
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tsp sage
- 2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 3 tsps orange zest
- olive for frying
- In a bowl, combine the salt and pepper, sage,ginger and orange zest.
- Mix together well.
- Scoop out a tablespoon and fry and a just taste. Then form patties.
If fresh herbs are available to you please use it you cannot go wrong with fresh herbs.
