Turkey patties

Serves 6 to 8 | Prep Time | Cook Time

Ingredients

2 lbs ground turkey
salt and pepper to taste
3 tsp sage
2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
3 tsps orange zest
olive for frying


In a bowl, combine the salt and pepper, sage,ginger and orange zest.


Mix together well.


Scoop out a tablespoon and fry and a just taste. Then form patties.
