TURKEY PATTIES

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tsp sage
  • 2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 tsps orange zest
  • olive for frying

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine the salt and pepper, sage,ginger and orange zest.
  • Mix together well.
  • Scoop out a tablespoon and fry and a just taste. Then form patties.

Notes

COOKS NOTE:

If fresh herbs are available to you please use it you cannot go wrong with fresh herbs.
