8oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
8oz whipped cream, thawed and divided
2 pkg (3.4oz each) vanilla pudding
15 oz pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup skim milk
additional pie spice to garnish
Slice twinkies in half legnthwise and place cream side up in a single layer in 13x9 pan.
Using a mixer, blend together cream cheese,powdered sugar, and 1/2 of whipped cream topping until smooth. spread evenly over twinkies.
Combine pudding mix, pie seasoning, pumpkin, and milk. Whisk until well blended and lay over cream cheese.
Carefully spread remaining whipped topping over pumpkin mixture and lightly sprinkle with additional pie seasoning.
Refrigerate several hours or until set.
