• 1 chicken bouillon cube
• 1/2 onion (chopped)
• parsley
• a dash of garlic powder
• Optional - wheat germ 1/2 slice of whole wheat bread.
• SAUTÉED LIVER:
• 1 teaspoon corn oil
• 1/4 pound beef liver
• 1/2 cup water
