Ume Ponzu Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 cup nama shoyu
3 Tbsp umeboshi plum vinegar
2 Tbsp umeboshi plum paste
2 tsp maple syrup or brown rice syrup

pinch sesame seeds or minced green onions for garnish (optional)


Mix all ingredients together until smooth.


Serve in dipping bowls and garnish.


Pairs Well With


Notes

Use as a dipping sauce for sushi. Umeboshi plums are amazing and can be found in Asian markets or health food stores.
