Why I Love This Recipe

This recipe was and currently is my Great Grandmothers recipe but we make it every year around Christmas time because of how good they taste and how we think it fits in with the season. CHEMISTRY INFORMATION: The pure substances are sugar (C12H22O11) and salt (NaCl). The ingredients that are homogeneous mixtures are butter, milk, cocoa powder, smooth peanut butter, and vanilla. The ingredient that is a heterogeneous mixture is the quick oats. The mixed batter is also a heterogeneous mixture.
