- 4 cups self-rising flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 16 ounces beer
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- Grease 12 muffin cups. Mix the flour and sugar in a large bowl. Add the beer and herbs and mix well. Fill the muffin cups evenly. Bake for 10 minutes. Brush with the melted butter and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
