Uncooked tomato sauce
very ripe tomatoes (like ones from your garden, peeled)
garlic cloves (peeled, mashed with salt)
ground black/white pepper
Procedure: Blend everything together and serve over gnocchi, for example.
Note: Dip tomatoes in boiling water for 10 seconds before peeling. Skin almost falls off.
