• 3 L red bell peppers, cut into 1/2" pieces
• 5 celery stalks, chopped
• 1 1/2 c whipping cream
• 1 1/2 c half and half
• 1 lb blue cheese, crumbled (~ 4c)
• 1 t celery seeds
• cayenne pepper
• 3 L egg yolks
• 1/2 c chopped celery leaves
• 1 lb penne pasta
• 3/4 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
