Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

2 large carrots, peeled
2 stalks celery
2 large onions
5 garlic cloves
2 parsnips, peeled
1 teaspoon sea salt


Directions

Place all ingredients in large stockpot. Cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1½ hours. Strain. Refrigerate. Reheat before serving.
