VANILLA BEAN FROSTING

INGREDIENTS
- Servings: Frosts 24 cupcakes
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 vanilla bean
- 3 Tbls. milk
DIRECTIONS
Beat together sugar and butter.
Add half milk and beat.
Slice bean down the center and scrape out insides, add to bowl.
Beat in vanilla, adding any additional milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
