VANILLA BEAN FROSTING

Ingredients

  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 3 Tbls. milk

Directions

  • Beat together sugar and butter.
  • Add half milk and beat.
  • Slice bean down the center and scrape out insides, add to bowl.
  • Beat in vanilla, adding any additional milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
