Why I Love This Recipe

This recipe is great! I got it from my mom after we did fondue one night :)

Great with one of my chocolate fondue recipes on here :)

Ingredients You'll Need

2 cups sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, melted (I rec. LoL)
4 eggs
4 tsp vanilla (I recommend pure Mexican versions)
3 cups all-pur. flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk (2% or whole)


Heat oven to 350F.

Combine sugar and melted butter in large bowl.

Beat at med. speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Add vanilla; beat until well mixed.

Stir together flour and baking powder in small bowl.

Gradually add flour mix alternatively with milk to butter mixture, beating at low speed until well mixed.

Pour batter into greased and floured 12-cup bundt or 10" angle food cake pan.

Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
