- 2 Sticks Butter
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Box Vanilla Wafers, crushed
- 1 Cup Coconut
- 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat in milk. Fold in coconut and pecans.
- Add and stir in crushed vanilla wafers. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for about 1 1/2 hours (or until done) at 325 degrees.
NotesThis is a great cake that is quick and easy to make. It satisfies the sweet tooth without all that gooey icing or filling that most cakes have. Good served a little warm with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream!
