2 pounds ground veal
2 cups sliced celery and leaves
1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
3 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/2 cup sliced blanched almonds
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup mayo
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup crushed BBQ potato chips
Brown meat and drain.
Add remaining ingredents except cheese and potato chips.
Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole.
top with cheese and chips.
bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
