4 2 1/2 oz. thin slices veal or veal cutlet
4 2 oz. swiss or mozzarella cheese
2 1 oz. pieces prociuttto ham or any good smoked ham
2 Tbsp. butter
flour
bread crumbs
egg/milk mixture
parsley
Directions
Layer as follows:
1 slice veal cutlet
1 slice cheese
1 slice ham
1 slice cheese
1 slice veal
Press together or hold with toothpicks. Dip in flour & egg-milk mixture and then bread crumbs.
Saute in 2 tbsp. butter until brown on one side only. Turn over and bake in 300 degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving suggestions: Serve plain with parsley and lemon wedges or with champignon sauce
