Vegetarian Chickpea-Cranberry Wraps
4 Whole wheat wrap
1-15 Ounce can chickpeas
4 Ounces BBQ sauce
1 Small onion, diced
1 Tomato, diced
4 Tablespoons Cranberry sauce
Salt and Pepper
On a wrap, smear mayonnaise to preference, pile chickpeas, add BBQ sauce, diced onions, diced tomatoes and cranberries and salt and pepper to taste. Fold one end over and roll up.
