Ingredients

  • 1 small carton Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 packet Hidden Valley Dip mix
  • 1 packet Splenda (or other sweetener)

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until well blended. Chill
  • Makes 4 – 1/4 cup servings
  • 1 Point per serving
