VEGGIE PASTA SALAD

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Rotini noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbsp Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Chopped basil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Directions

  • Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Drain well.
  • Add vegetables and cheese.
  • Stir in mayonnaise, basil, oregano.
  • Serve.
